I know it’s not MenuPlan Monday, but I forgot so I’m 2 days late. 😉
I made a huge pan of biscuits and fried up a roll of sausage Sunday afternoon. Put 8 individually wrapped biscuits in the fridge. Then the leftover biscuits we ate Monday morning with bacon & eggs. Since then, DH pulls out a sausage biscuit and warms, eating with fruit I also cut earlier this week. That’s breakfasts!
leftovers for DH every day, Ryan and I eat lunch meat, hot dogs, leftovers….with a fruit & something salty like goldfish crackers or chips.
Monday: Lasagna, garlic bread & green beans
Tuesday: Fried Chicken strips over tossed salads
Wednesday: Vegetable soup with Grilled Cheeses
Thursday: Pinto Beans, turnip greens & cornbread
Friday: Possibly Pizza – if not that then Chili dogs or something 🙂
Saturday: Grilled Pork Chops, Baked Potatoes & Steamed Broccoli
Sunday: Roast with carrots, potatoes & green beans! Rolls as well.
I made a batch of chocolate chip cookies Sunday afternoon as well, so we’ve been munching on those. I’m planning on either a peanut butter or strawberry pie tomorrow, to carry us through the weekend on sweets! 😀 Not tooooo many choices around here, or we’ll never eat them! 🙂
